Predicting mutations in plasmid sequences

This tool was developed based on over 1 million human-associated plasmid sequences derived from gut, skin, oral, and vaginal microbiomes. These sequences were grouped into 24,331 plasmid clusters. The tool enables exploration of plasmid mutations by comparing sequences against the reference plasmid within each cluster.
